It has been set-up by vehicle manufacturers to improve the recycling of scrap vehicles. It has been approved under the End-of-Life Vehicles Regulations to operate as the compliance scheme for the vehicle sector.

We issue a Department of the Environment Certificate of Destruction (CoD) for each car we receive.
A CoD is a legal requirement and will ensure that you are not liable to a substantial fine.
To issue the CoD you need to bring your Vehicle Licensing or Registration cert with you.
